According to an annual survey that was done by Manpower, there are a number of occupations for which employers find their vacancies hard to fill. These include:

The survey was done on 2,000 firms in Canada and it showed that 41% of employers had difficulties filling the above positions in their companies. Although many experts argue that these occupations are not in shortage in Canada, there seems to be an issue filling these positions in many firms.
